The center is open for feeding on daily basis. A hot meal is provided to school going children in Kware and its environs who attend different schools . meals are served from 12.45 to 1.30 during school days.
Except for Weekends, Public and School holidays, when meals are served at 1.00pm to 2.00pm.
On average 17,000 plates of food are served every month to an average of 350 children and parents.
The children are mainly aged 3years to 17. The norm is that only school going children are allowed in, however, the center encourages all hungry children to come this serves as a platform to find out reasons that one does not attend school and reach out to parents. In cases where parents are not available the children are allowed to continue feeding

The center caters for parents living with different health conditions and are unable to leave their homes, expectant mothers in their last trimester, lactating mothers for the first 2 months.
All the cases are identified through the community, referrals by school teachers and the area chief. A thorough assessment is carried out to ensure that the right populations are reached.
